About Stephen
British American Concert Pianist Stephen Gott (B.1991) is known for his interpretations of compositions by Franz Liszt. After being described as a “Piano Prodigy” on BBC News he is gaining a reputation and is in demand for concerts.
Stephen now studies with Pascal Nemirovski but has previously studied at Leeds Conservatoire, Trinity Laban with Penelope Roskell and more recently finished his master’s degree at The University of Huddersfield with Jonathan Fisher. He was a finalist in the Liszt Society International Piano Competition 2019 and performed Annees de Pelerinage BK 3 and his seldom-performed Mephisto Waltz 4. Stephen has performed in masterclasses for Dr Leslie Howard and Sir Stephen Hough.
The NTD International Piano Competition in New York City has invited Stephen to perform in the preliminary rounds of the competition, which can be viewed on their social media pages worldwide from the semi-final stage. Stephen also plans to release his first recording.
